These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date, as mentioned in your
    booking confirmation.
  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment modes include bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other methods
    communicated by Flyby India Tourism.
  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Any additional charges such as taxes, entry fees, or service charges not mentioned in the
    package are to be paid by the customer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
  • Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
    o 30 days or more before departure: Minimal or no cancellation charges (if
    applicable).
    o 15–29 days before departure: 25–50% of total tour cost.
    o 7–14 days before departure: 50–75% of total tour cost.
    o Less than 7 days / No show: 100% cancellation charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, early departure, or missed sightseeing.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Flyby India Tourism reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any part of the
    itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, road conditions, government
    restrictions, or force majeure.
  •  Any additional expenses due to itinerary changes will be borne by the customer

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Visa, etc.) during
    travel.
  • For international tours, passport validity, visa approvals, and travel insurance are solely
    the customer’s responsibility.
  • Flyby India Tourism is not responsible for denial of entry due to improper documents.

6. Health, Safety & Insurance

  • Guests must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
  • Flyby India Tourism is not liable for illness, injury, loss, accident, or death during the
    tour.

7. Hotel & Transportation

  • Hotel check-in/check-out times are as per hotel policy.
  • Rooms are subject to availability and standard hotel rules.
  • AC in vehicles may not work in hilly areas or during extreme weather conditions.
  • Vehicle type depends on group size and availability.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Flyby India Tourism acts only as a tour operator and is not responsible for delays,
    accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or any unforeseen events.
  • We are not liable for loss of baggage, valuables, or personal belongings.
  • Any complaints during the tour must be reported immediately to our representative

9. Photography & Marketing

  • Flyby India Tourism may use tour photographs or videos for promotional purposes unless
    the customer objects in writing.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction shall be subject to Indian courts only.

11. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking with Flyby India Tourism, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed
    to all the above Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to Flyby India
    Tourism. The date of receipt of the request will be considered as the cancellation date.
  • Cancellation Charges will be as followed:
  1. 30 days or more before departure: Minimal or no cancellation charges (if applicable).

  2. 15–29 days before departure: 25–50% of total tour cost.

  3. 7–14 days before departure: 50–75% of total tour cost.

  4. Less than 7 days / No show: 100% cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, transport, and third-party service policies.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
  • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and service charges are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Flyby India Tourism

Flyby India Tourism reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such
as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Low group participation
  • Any force majeure event

In such cases:

  • Customers may receive a full refund or
  • Be offered an alternate tour/date (subject to availability)

Flyby India Tourism will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the
customer (flights, visas, personal bookings, etc.).

4. No Refund Scenarios

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Early departure from the tour
  • Missed sightseeing or activities
  • Unused services
  • Delay or cancellation due to personal reasons
  • Denial of entry by authorities due to invalid documents

5. Amendments & Date Changes

  • Date changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Any difference in cost due to change in season, hotel, or transport will be borne by the
    customer.

6. Special Notes

  • Peak season, festival dates, long weekends, and special packages may have stricter
    cancellation policies.
  • Certain hotels and services may be non-refundable once booked.
