About This Journey

The Char Dham Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage covering the four holy shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath in Uttarakhand. Beginning from Haridwar, this spiritual journey takes pilgrims through scenic Himalayan landscapes, holy rivers, and serene valleys, offering a deeply divine and refreshing experience.

The Yatra starts with the spiritual atmosphere of Haridwar and the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. The journey then continues to Barkot for the visit to Yamunotri Temple, followed by a darshan at Gangotri Temple, the sacred origin of River Ganga.

Further ahead, pilgrims travel to Guptkashi and undertake the holy journey to Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The final dham is Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, along with visits to nearby attractions like Mana Village and Vyas Gufa.

The pilgrimage concludes with the return journey via Rudraprayag and Rishikesh before reaching Haridwar. This Char Dham Yatra offers a perfect blend of spirituality, devotion, adventure, and breathtaking Himalayan beauty.
